The wisest Choice you can make

Feb 1 Proverbs 1:7

Hot take: wisdom isn’t about being smart, mature, or having life figured out. It starts with who you put first. Proverbs says real wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord—not being scared of God, but having deep respect and trust in Him.

Basically: “God, You know more than me, and I’m actually willing to listen.”

Wisdom grows in hearts that are teachable, not defensive. Humble, not prideful. The verse contrasts this with fools—not people who lack intelligence, but people who reject correction because they don’t want to be told they’re wrong.

So today’s reminder is simple: Before asking God for answers, ask Him to lead. Before trying to know more, choose to honor Him more. When God is first, wisdom follows. Hes got you, girl.

Proverbs 1:7 says  “ The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
